These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 33bdd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services available at 33bdd.app. The Platform provides online casino games, sports betting, crash games, virtual sports, and related entertainment services to players located in Bangladesh.

By registering an account on 33bdd, accessing any game or service, or depositing funds, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. 33bdd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where these Terms are translated into any language other than English, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" means the 33bdd website accessible at 33bdd.app and any related mobile applications or services.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by a player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a player's account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits issued by 33bdd subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law.

Access to and use of the 33bdd Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account suspended for breach of these Terms.

33bdd takes its obligations in relation to underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request age-verification documentation from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by 33bdd will result in account suspension and the return of any unplayed deposit balance to the original payment method.

Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited. 33bdd accepts no liability for losses incurred by a player who has provided false age information. Players who are aware of an underage individual using the Platform are encouraged to report this to [email protected] immediately.

By registering on 33bdd, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that all information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.

To access the full range of services on 33bdd, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 33bdd. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 33bdd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold winnings generated through duplicate account activity pending investigation.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 33bdd will never contact you by email, telephone, or live chat to request your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 33bdd immediately at [email protected]. 33bdd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Account Verification (KYC): 33bdd applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts. We may request verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified will have their withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is complete.

Non-Transferability: Your 33bdd account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual. Any attempt to transfer an account, or any attempt by a third party to operate an account that is not their own, constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Accepted Payment Methods: 33bdd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to a specific account may vary based on the player's location and account verification status.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on 33bdd is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player's account balance. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 33bdd at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Own-Name Requirement: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the source and may trigger a KYC review. Repeated third-party deposit attempts will be treated as a breach of these Terms. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for deposit and is registered in the player's own name.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by 33bdd's finance team before being dispatched to the payment provider. Standard processing time is 1 to 24 hours from the point of approval. Mobile Financial Service (MFS) withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically complete within 1 to 4 hours once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 33bdd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider after dispatch.

Currency: All transactions on 33bdd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. 33bdd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion of foreign currency prior to deposit is the sole responsibility of the player and any associated fees are borne by the player.

Fraudulent Transactions: 33bdd employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. If a fraudulent transaction is identified — including but not limited to chargebacks, unauthorised card use, or payment method spoofing — the associated account will be suspended immediately, the transaction reversed, and the matter referred for further investigation. 33bdd reserves the right to withhold account balances pending resolution of any fraud investigation.

33bdd offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the offer terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the player must wager a total of ৳20,000 using the bonus balance before any associated winnings can be requested for withdrawal.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times through different accounts or means constitute bonus abuse.

Bonus Abuse: The following activities are classified as bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Systematically placing low-risk or opposing bets (arbitrage) to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure.
• Coordinating with other players to place opposing bets funded by bonus balances.
• Using bonus funds exclusively on game types excluded from wagering requirement contribution.
• Withdrawing a deposited amount that triggered a bonus without meeting the wagering requirement, where the bonus has already been credited.

Where bonus abuse is identified, 33bdd reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus balance, and close the associated account without prior notice.

Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the period specified in the offer terms will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Withdrawal of Deposit with Active Bonus: If a player wishes to withdraw their deposit balance while a bonus is active, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. The player's remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

As a registered player on 33bdd, you agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You accept the following obligations in full:

• Accurate Information: You will provide truthful and accurate information at registration and keep your account details current. Providing false information, including false age declarations, is a material breach of these Terms.
• Personal Use Only: You will use your 33bdd account exclusively for your own personal entertainment. You will not operate your account on behalf of any third party, accept funds from third parties for the purpose of gambling, or share your account access with any other individual.
• No Unlawful Activity: You will not use the Platform to engage in any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of prohibited activities. 33bdd is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and will do so without prior notice to the player.
• No Technical Exploitation: You will not attempt to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical fault may be voided. You will not use bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to give you an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Respectful Conduct: You will treat 33bdd support staff and other players with respect. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards Platform staff will result in immediate account suspension.
• Compliance with Terms: You will comply with all provisions of these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published by 33bdd, including game-specific rules and promotional terms.

33bdd reserves the right to monitor player activity to ensure compliance with these obligations. Monitoring may include review of transaction records, gameplay data, device information, and communication logs in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 33bdd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a verified closure request, 33bdd will process any remaining real-money balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures and close the account. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion period. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will be unable to log in or deposit. Self-exclusion periods are available for defined durations and cannot be shortened once activated. Suspension by 33bdd: 33bdd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the one-account policy, bonus abuse, or provision of false registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the player is operating the account on behalf of a third party.
• Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring account closure.

Balance Treatment on Forced Closure: Where an account is closed by 33bdd as a result of a player's breach of these Terms, 33bdd reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or exploitation of technical faults may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money deposits that cannot be attributed to any prohibited activity will be returned to the player after deduction of any applicable processing costs.

Re-registration After Closure: Players whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of these Terms are not permitted to register a new account without express written permission from 33bdd. Any accounts opened in contravention of this restriction will be closed and balances forfeited.

Platform Availability: 33bdd endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and unforeseen technical incidents may result in temporary unavailability. 33bdd will communicate scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable. We accept no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability during any such period.

Accuracy of Game Results: All casino game outcomes on 33bdd are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the official governing body. 33bdd accepts no liability for losses arising from player misunderstanding of game rules or betting market specifications. Game results displayed on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system.

Technical Faults: In the event of a technical fault that results in an incorrectly displayed game result, an erroneous payout, or an interrupted session, 33bdd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's account balance. Where a technical fault has resulted in an overpayment to a player's account, 33bdd reserves the right to reclaim the overpaid amount. Players are obligated to notify 33bdd of any apparent technical fault immediately upon discovery.

Third-Party Services: The Platform may rely on third-party software providers, payment processors, and data feeds. 33bdd accepts no liability for service failures, errors, or interruptions caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to payment processing delays and live data feed outages affecting sports betting markets.

Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33bdd's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided thereon shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable principles of fairness and good faith. 33bdd makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside of Bangladesh. Players who access the Platform from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any specific game rules, promotional terms, and the 33bdd Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 33bdd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
